High-risk Access Services

Through the use of rope access, we can safely access a wide variety of different commercial high rise applications. Commercial high rise access requires strict adherence to safety standards and should not be taken lightly. Proper training, knowledge, and experience are a core value at High Altitude Services. To get the job done safely, we had our service technicians trained properly by International Rope Access Trade Association, IRATA. Our technicians have Level 1, 2 and 3 certificates from IRATA.

Disinfection Services

As the cleaning experts, PPCS works closely with customers to understand which areas require disinfection and deep cleaning. Our focus is on establishing the cleaning solutions and methodology depending on our customers’ needs and severity level – we will work closely with you to ensure we provide the solutions that adhere to guidelines established by local authorities. We also offer high-frequency cleaning to disinfect high-touch or high-footfall areas and deep cleaning. Depending on the severity levels, we advise customers on how to minimise risks through step-up (High frequency) cleaning. Commercial Cleaning

  • Office cleaning

    This type of service basically includes dusting surfaces, and sweeping and mopping floors. Depending on the situations of the workplace or the requests of our customers, additional services such as scrubbing floors and disinfecting toilet facilities will be provided.

  • Event cleaning

    There are three phrases of cleaning the areas where the event occurs. First, our service teams will sweep and scrub the floors to keep the areas clean before the event starts. During the course of the event, our staffs will be collecting wastes and debris, and replenish the consumables in the restrooms to keep the event running without any disturbance. Finally, the used areas will be cleaned thoroughly to make it look as it is before.

  • Pub & restaurant cleaning

However, you can leave all the hassles of the work to our floor technicians. Stripping floor is required in order to remove all the dust and debris from your floor. Waxing is recommended for the appearance and longevity of your floor. Then, a regular buffing can be done to keep the floor in good condition at all time.

  • Sealing and finishing

    Sealing is recommended in order to coat and protect your floor from a surface staining, scratches and other damages. In addition to that, a floor finish can be applied as a top layer of the existing floor. This top layer of floor is not only for protective reasons but also for decorative purposes.

  • Concrete floor sealing

    Regular resealing extends the lifespan of your concrete flooring. We’ll keep it in top shape. We’ll revive your tired concrete floor with a brand-new finish and protect it with a durable seal.

  • Tile and grout cleaning

    To have a clean tile and grout, we follow the simple process.With the use of a vaccum cleaner or a sweeper, all the dust and soil will be swept away first. Then, a proper cleaning solution will be applied to the area and the surface area of the tile or grout will be throughly scrubbed with a scrubbing machine.Finally, all the residuals on the cleanig area will be washed away by rinsing with a cool water properly. We can now get a clean tile and grout floor for you.
